    We schedule a phone call to review your project scope of work and develop a design assessment of your needs.

    We will coordinate a complimentary walk through for design assessment, and follow up with a preliminary proposal.

    02 SCHEMATIC DESIGN

    Identify and plan the remodeling goals.

    We work with you to setup the timeline, budget, and develop style design preferences.

    Develop permit construction documents and site measure the property.

    03 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

    Design has been established and is ready to source.

    We will schedule showroom shopping trips to walk through various products. Our team will develop a design package that includes selected finishes, furnishings, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, accessories, and artwork.

    Start interviewing general contractors and find the right fit.

    04 CONSTRUCTION

    Construction kick off begins!

    Our team will coordinate with the contractor and crew to ensure the process is as seamless as possible.

    A construction design guide book will be developed for the general contractor and vendors to follow during construction as a reference.
